"The lawn looks nice. My only complaint is that I requested the shrubs also be trimmed and to charge me for however many shrubs I had. I don’t yet live at the property and didn’t know how many I had when I booked. I would have liked to have been notified in advance that I would have to physically go and count, adding that service online prior to scheduling or I’d have to wait until the next cut. Is tipping customary for larger scale lawn companies? I’ve only ever worked with small businesses where tip was not requested and the cost seems high for no shrubs and tip. None of these complaints seem to be the fault of Isiah."
