He intuitively handles small issues in the yard, which I consider as someone who goes the extra mile. Small touches such as cutting/removing an occasional dead/encroaching branch/weed and tossing it aside helps to keep a few more things under control. He seems to have plenty of equipment that is top of the line and well maintained. Plus he works at a steady pace. If he were too slow then less client coverage, but if too fast then less quality.
