"This service was much better than my first. However, it looks like the team followed the previous cut, which does not cover up to the property line as expected. Also, I find it odd that the only person who knocked on the door to announce their arrival/departure when performing the service was the person who had to tell me he could not service my yard. I would have provided on the spot feedback had I been alerted of their completion and intended departure."
