I worked 6 years at a landscape company where I learned everything I know in landscaping and irrigation, and I learned snow removal too. I started as a laborer and became a production manager. I've worked on many commercial projects with different construction companies around the city. After that, I decided it was time to do it on my own. PHILLIP STEWART - TURFPRO: I have 4+ years of landscaping experience in the greater Kansas City area. I have worked in mowing, trimming, yard cleanup, seasonal cutbacks, and leaf collection. I'm available to assist you in any of these areas on a need-now basis or a recurring monthly schedule. I am currently employed full time for a premier apartment community Monday through Friday, so my normal availability is Saturdays and Sundays and occasionally evenings by appointment only.

I provide great lawn care and also haul off small loads such as sticks and leaves. I love doing my job, it gives great exercise, and I enjoy getting to meet new people.

Jessie Bigham - JD's Lawn Care: I've been doing lawn and landscaping since I was a young man. It all started at 8 years old working on my great grandparents' farm, to digging out an old retaining wall and carrying the newer updated concrete blocks at my grandfather's, to these last 14 years or so spent working for lawn, landscaping, and tree services. That was the past and now the present. I've found out that I just love cutting grass! Making lawns, yards, and properties look good. Plus, an added bonus is I get to work side by side with my wife, outdoors. Our slogan is 'Been cutting grass since knee high to a grasshopper.' At this time we cut grass (at the moment we are using a self propelled mower), edging, and blower. Also, we do offer these services if it's a small clean-up, trimming bushes and trees, and leaf removal. We are just starting this for supplemental income and hopefully turn it into something.
