"Just posted this in a new request for leaf removal but perhaps this is the better place to ask for a service again this coming week and to add these notes to my account for my home:
Today was my first cut with your team and it looks fine. With my previous group, they always hauled off limbs that had fallen, so I did not realize I had to request that as a service. I have always previously placed limbs I've collected at the base of the trees for removal, so I have quite a pile around the front and back of my house that need to be removed from our recent storms.
My back yard has not been raked-does this count as "leaf removal" or is this something different to have it cleaned up/leaves removed/mowed if necessary?
Also, for all future services, my HOA requires that our ditch to the left from the front of the house as well as the ditch in the back of my yard be trimmed. It does not look like that was trimmed in today's first service, so can we please make note of that for future servi"

I would recommend moving the schedule from biweekly to weekly for the first couple weeks of the year. The grass was a little but more than 6 inches in most spots and would like to get I caught up and maintained at a reasonable height for bi weekly servicing.
