I started this business with 2 things in mind that it started with a 15-minute Project. I had just moved in with her and she had a raised bed that she had for years that just never got put together. I was out working in the yard one day and thought " I should just put it together" so as she was Napping that's what I did. She woke up and was so excited. Stacey and his crew did a great job, lawn looks great. LAWNSTARTER however is absolute garbage. I can't schedule visits like I'd like, you guys don't hold YOURSELVES responsible for not doing your job, and you then take it out on the workers. You guys do not communicate anything with your crews, it wasn't difficult to tell that the details of the job that lawnstarter and I had discussed were in no way relayed to Stacey and his crew or the previous crew. He was just as blindsided as the previous tech that you guys ripped off without ever having communicated what the proper details of the job are. And maybe, just maybe, lawnstarter wouldn't have to have a tipping option if you guys weren't stealing one third the cost of the job for doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, AND NOT EVEN GETTING THAT MUCH RIGHT. Lawnstarter can't even be lazy efficiently.
