"When it came to the service of the lawn, Joseph did a tremendous job. However, when he showed up he brought his dog and then proceeded to let his dog into the yard with no leash. The dog then went into my backyard while Joseph was in the front yard. Joseph did not fight me in putting his dog in the truck, but the fact the situation happened is completely disrespectful and unprofessional."

I know it's difficult to completely avoid clippings from going into the pond, but the more that goes in there, the more algae it creates and it takes me hours to skim it out and a week before it's somewhat clear again.
