First, we were disappointed in the service on Friday as this was a gift to my husband who got out of the hospital that same day- he drove up at the same time we were to receive
services. Interesting, he did come back on today (Monday) to really do our yard- that we are happy. We are very understanding people and would have understood if Friday wasn't a good day or if he couldn't complete- just communicate with us- its just grass.
He did restore the service - we just ask that he or any other person communicate with us as we would appreciate and can work through any challenges.
