"It looks pretty good overall. I am still seeing some taller grass in the front yard -- which is a bad place for grass to be missed when you are showing the house. I took photos if you need to see them. The "missed" grass is at the sidewalk. I'm wondering if the blades on your mower need to be sharpened, as all along the inside edge of the sidewalk, there's grass that didn't get mowed. This could also have been remedied by a thorough weed-eating/edging after the mowing was done. This is not the quality that I am accustomed to seeing in professional lawn-mowing."

You have an amazing property. I bet if you have dogs they are in absolute heaven. The only thing I would recommend would be to pressure wash the driveway and the patio area. The seeds I know make a big mess and cause buildup.
