I wanted to touch base regarding the recent work I completed. The original job was for lawn mowing, but it expanded to include extensive weed whacking in the back and the same
for the garden which I cleaned up after aftetwords already but it could use a little more work still. This all took an additional 1.5-2 hours. Since this was outside the initial scope of your lawn mowing quote, I wanted to clarify the details before moving forward.
To fully clean up your yard—including removing all debris, weeding the back area, clearing the leaves and also removing and
Hauling away all the trash bags in the back —I’d be happy to provide a new quote for the additional work. This way, everything will be neatly finished, and we can ensure fair compensation for the extra effort I already put in.
If we do end up, moving forward with the quote, then the only thing that I would ask for from you is to have the two trucks moved forward into the driveway a little bit more, so that I can get access to the area with all the leaves and stuff to remove. And if needed I can give you some assistance with that. Let me know your thoughts, and I’d be glad to discuss further. Thanks!
