"Still many leaves not cleaned up. I I i i I I I asked him to rake and bag as I requested. He did mostly blowing. The grass needed raking. The live oak leaves are not good for the grass. It's better but still need ALL leaves removed from the grass. As I stated mowing before raking in left clumps of leaves in the grass. There are still way too many leaves. He said he was going to use a blower and I told him that's not what I requested. It's subpar. Expected All leaves to be removed. He also stated it would take longer than the quote so he mowed first without contacting you. It's a big problem. I can't accept any other work because this was BIG screw up. It's very important the customer gets what they request. I'll take photos in daylight. Also the first time they came it was after sunset. Woke up my neighbor's kids. Not good. Not happy with the outcome."

"Great job this time. Even blew out the remnants of the hedges I trimmed two nights earlier. Only thing is if he can mow and trim the grass on the right side of the house beyond the fence, that would be great. It appears to be neighbors yard but I am responsible for mowing and edging one foot of it to the right of the fence all the way to the back of the neighbors yard. Thank you for your service."
