Weβre here for our first visit to the property and wanted to check in on a couple of things to ensure both safety and the best quality service.
We noticed a large dog door in the backyard and knocked to make sure it was safe to enter, but didnβt get a response. Could you kindly confirm if itβs safe for our crew to access the backyard going forward?
Also, we saw that the property notes indicate it was serviced yesterday, but the backyard is still overgrown. We just wanted to clarify if only the front yard is currently being maintained or if we should expect to handle the back as well.
