My original team kept rescheduling my services so by time I was assigned to Benjamin, I was pretty upset and then on the day I was finally going to get my lawn done it was raining all day and I was rescheduled again. However, Benjamin was aware of the situation and late in the evening I came home to see him cutting my lawn. He said the sun came out and he decided to come anyway. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of work and customer service. He went above an beyond to get the job done.
