This yard poses several challenges, and I spent longer here than I had intended trying to knock down these weeds. I can begin a weed treatment at the price quoted plus the cost of the weed killer. There is other work that will be necessary here and I'm willing to help get some of the problem areas under control in the hopes that I would be allowed to showcase before and after photos because this lawn has potential it just needs some time and effort. I would begin with the weeds and a leaf cleanup which I can quote if the homeowner wishes! Also projects such as this require a little flexibility with scheduling that would allow me to take care of any issues one at a time. This also helps spread out costs which I'm also willing to discuss in order to help get this lawn under control! Thanks
